SHIREEN ADENWALLA has been one of Mumbais premier private caterers for as long as one can remember. 22 years ago, she started her company TRUFFLES, specializing in Desserts before moving on to master all courses and styles of catering. Self-taught, her food has a flair and individuality rarely found with a catering college or cookery school background. Her repertoire includes classic as well as avant-garde creations in Indian, Continental, Asian and Fusion cuisines, from Hors doeuvre to Desserts and everything in between. Her Menus are constantly changed and updated, with a special emphasis on seasonality and the availability of specialty ingredients and produce.
