Dance Zone Academy was established in 2009. Attending our dancing classes is a good way to start a new hobby and make new friends whilst keeping fit and & learning different styles and techniques in dance. Dancing requires a certain amount of dedication and hard work but it brings many rewards. It is an excellent way for students to express themselves. Dance aids posture, flexibility, coordination, toning, and endurance whilst also helping to increase self-confidence. Also, we want to introduce dance to those who are still not aware of the 'religion of dance'.
